Discover Scuba Diving

If you're not sure whether the underwater world is for you, or you're simply looking to try something new, the Discover Scuba Diving program (also known as an Intro Dive) is the perfect fit.

This experience includes an introduction to the scuba gear, a safety briefing, and a dive that lasts around one hour. During the dive, you'll learn the most basic skills of recreational diving, observe marine life like never before, experience weightlessness, and feel the incredible sensation of breathing underwater.

If you're 8 years old or older, can swim, and are medically fit, you can take part in this activity with no problem.

Approximate duration: 3 hours.

Please note: This program does not provide certification, so you'll still need to dive with an instructor in the future.

The activity includes dive insurance, all the necessary equipment, and photo/video memories of your experience.

Course Open Water Diver

Are you passionate about the sea and ready to start your journey as an independent diver? Let’s begin by defining what that means:

An independent (or certified) diver is someone who holds a valid scuba certification and has the knowledge and skills to dive with a buddy, without needing to be accompanied by an instructor. Hiring a guide is usually optional.

The Open Water Diver course is the first and most essential level of recreational diving certification. In this course, you'll learn the key skills of recreational scuba diving and how to think and act like a diver. It includes a theory section with an online exam, and five open water sessions. Each session combines skill practice followed by a fun exploration dive.

To enroll, you must be at least 10 years old, be medically fit, and know how to swim.

This course provides a globally recognized certification that never expires.

The theory part requires a time commitment of about 6 to 12 hours, and the five sessions can be completed over three mornings.

It includes dive insurance, all necessary equipment, and photos/videos to remember your experience.

snorkeling excursions

If you’d like to get a feel for the underwater world without strapping on a tank and diving in, you can also explore it from the surface. You’ll learn how to properly use fins, a mask, and a snorkel.

And if you’re feeling confident, you can take it a step further by learning how to equalize your ears using the Valsalva maneuver and dive down a few meters to get a closer look at the marine environment.
